THE MINNESOTA AVIATION HALL OF FAME SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM OPENS FOR 2021 SUBMISSIONS

The Minnesota Aviation Hall of Fame (MAHOF) is pleased to announce the application process for our 2021 aviation scholarship program "Giving Wings to Dreams" is now open for submissions from October 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020.

In partnership with The American Aviation Heritage Foundation, the Minnesota Aviation Hall of Fame is committed to doing our respective parts to encourage individuals to follow their dreams of flight by offering five scholarships in the amount of $1,500 each to those pursuing a career in aviation-related fields.

In addition to the four scholarships listed The American Aviation Heritage Foundation awards a scholarship in honor of Faribault MN native Elizabeth Strohfus, WWII WASP titled "Gift of Wings." Applications received by the deadline will be considered for all five scholarships offered, with one winner chosen for each individual scholarship.

The Minnesota Aviation Hall of Fame, Inc., is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization incorporated in Minnesota to honor the state's pioneer and historic aviation persons in a lasting and meaningful way. It is a vehicle through which the names and careers of Minnesotans who's legacy and significant contributions to aviation are preserved for the benefit of current and future generations to become familiar with those who helped promote the healthy aviation climate of which we are so proud today.

The American Aviation Heritage Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization incorporated in Minnesota to educate the public on the history and heritage of aviation that is uniquely American in nature.
