Fly-Ins Return To Airports As Pandemic Wanes

EAA Chapter 237 members invited the aviation community to dust off their airplanes and join them at Lynx FBO Twin Cities for burgers, brats, hot dogs, and chicken sandwiches. Proceeds from the June 19 event at Anoka County-Blaine Airport (Janes Field) benefitted EAA Young Eagles and education initiatives.

The roll call of airports was impressive, as was the pent-up interest in general aviation's return to communities around the state.
The Minnesota Flyer's June press time listings included events in LeSueur, Eden Prairie, Alexandria, Grand Rapids, Superior, Wisconsin, Fergus Falls, Princeton, Rush City, Montevideo, Blaine, and Canby.
