Luis Rojas from St. Paul was flown in by Pilot Bob Lee who bases his 1954 Piper Tri-Pacer PH22 at Benson Airport in White Bear Lake. Lee said one of the benefits of the Tri-Pacer is that it is "pretty economical to operate."
